Do I still need a coordinator for a small wedding?
Yes, especially if you have a ceremony, photographer, dinner reservation, décor, family seating, music, florals, or any moving pieces. Small weddings are simpler, but they still need structure.
Do you travel outside of Laramie?
Yes. Sunflower Soirées is based in Laramie, Wyoming and travels for weddings throughout Wyoming and nearby areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Can you help with setup and cleanup?
Yes, setup guidance and coordination are included. Additional hands-on setup or teardown support can be added depending on the wedding location, guest count, and rental needs.
Can I add rentals?
