How quickly will I receive a response?
I try to respond to wedding inquiries within 24 hours. During busy wedding season, responses may take 3–4 business days.
Do you travel outside of Laramie?
Yes. Sunflower Soirées is based in Laramie and serves weddings throughout Wyoming and nearby areas. Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
What information should I include?
Please include your wedding date, venue or general location, estimated guest count, and which service you’re interested in.
Can I inquire if I do not have a venue yet?
Yes. If you are still deciding on a venue, include your ideal location, guest count, and general wedding vision.
Can I ask about rentals only?
Yes. Standalone rentals may be available depending on your date, location, and rental needs.
