Day of Coordination

For couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional to step in and execute.

• Detailed timeline development
• Vendor confirmations and coordination
• Final logistics review meeting
• Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)
• Day-of Coordination: Up to 8 hours on-site to manage your wedding day, vendors, timeline, and setup
• Ceremony management and processional cueing
• Reception flow coordination
• Décor placement oversight
• Primary point of contact for vendors and designated family members

Wedding day coverage is capped at 8 hours. Additional time may be added at the hourly rate listed below.

Additional Coverage

$185 per hour billed in one-hour increments.

Coverage must be approved in writing when possible. If timeline delays or client-driven changes require extended presence, additional hours will be invoiced accordingly.

Coordinator reserves the right to conclude services at the contracted end time if additional coverage is not approved.

Month of Coordination

For couples who want structured guidance leading up to the wedding — not just someone to show up on the day.
Includes everything in Day-Of Coordination, plus:
• Vendor recommendations and sourcing assistance
• Budget guidance and review
• Design consultation and refinement
• Planning checklist and milestone tracking
• Ongoing email support

• Final venue walkthrough
• Setup and breakdown oversight (up to 2 additional hours)

Travel Disclaimer

For weddings or events located more than 50 miles from our base location, a travel fee will be added to cover transportation costs. For events requiring travel over 90 miles (approximately 1.5 hours), overnight accommodations will be required. Travel fees and accommodations will be calculated based on actual mileage and logistical needs.

Billed in one-hour increments.
